Hall Rental Details: Commander’s Ballroom: Seating for up to 120 Members. (Saturday) $800.00 for Members (Saturday) $1,500.00 for Non-Members (Mon-Thurs) $400.00 Members (Mon-Thurs) $600.00 for Non-Members.
Not Available Wednesdays or Fridays. Not Available for the months of November, December, and January.

  • Hall Rental contract required.
  • A deposit of 50% of the hall rental is required to reserve your date.

  • Dinner & lounge menus must be confirmed three (3) weeks prior to the date of the event.
  • After your menu selection, a 50% deposit is due three (3) weeks prior to the reserved date.
  • All balances are due one (1) week prior to the event date - for the hall rental & dinner menu.
  • A 6% sales tax & 20% service charge will be added to the final catering bill.
  • All meals are managed by the Chef, with Auxiliary volunteer support.
  • Patrons are responsible for any damage to the hall, or missing items.
  • PAYMENT IS CASH OR CHECK ONLY.
