American Legion Special Commendation
Commander MacKellar presented "American Legion Special Commendation" Awarded to Sgt. Benjamin Thomas Glockzin. Commander also presented Ben with a American Legion "Thank You" coin and pins "America is #1 Thanks to our Veterans" and US Army.
In recognition of your tour of duty in Iraq while serving with United States Army. You carried out your mission with selfless devotion to duty while defending the ideals of Justice, Freedom and Democracy. Officers and Members gratefully acknowledge your service to our Post, Community, State and Nation. Presented by Charles A. Conklin Post 28, Grand Haven, American Legion, Department of Michigan.
Commander MacKellar also presented the parents Tom and Becky Glockzin with special "Blue Star" pins that show that they have a family member in the service.
